PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle structure capable of suppressing noise and a dispensing packaging apparatus equipped with the nozzle structure. SOLUTION: The nozzle structure is communicatively connected with a suction machine, and the inner peripheral face of a suction opening of a nozzle body is inclined so as to expand toward the end face of the suction opening.
