PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drunk driving prevention device capable of performing only specified evacuation driving in place of the normal driving of a vehicle when the drunk driving state of a driver is detected. SOLUTION: When a vehicle is stopped, an alcohol detector 1 detects an alcohol content of a driver, and a drunk state determination unit 6A of a drunk driving control ECU 6 determines the drunken state of the driver. When a speed change range switch 2 detects speed change operation to a lock range L, a drive range D or a reverse range R, an evacuation driving control unit 6B outputs a predetermined command signal to an engine ECU 4 and a brake ECU 5 to permit only the evacuation driving of the vehicle. Thus, the driver in the drunken state can perform the evacuation movement of the vehicle only at an extremely low speed as low as creep traveling speed and within an extremely short regulated time of about 20 seconds, or in a range of an extremely small regulated distance of about 10m, and a trouble of the drunk driving can be minimized.
