PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo bed slide device capable of easily installing a slidable table with cargoes being loaded thereon in a vehicle without remodeling the vehicle. SOLUTION: The cargo bed slide device comprises a base plate 3 to be placed in a vehicle 2 having an opening part 2a to be opened/closed by a rear door in a rear part, a slide table 4 slidably placed on the base plate 3, and a slide mechanism 5 capable of allowing the slide table 4 to horizontally slide in a projecting manner backwardly from the opening part 2 from a state stored in the vehicle.
