PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end cap, and fittings, on which a water cut off material can be easily installed, and sufficient cut off performance can be secured. SOLUTION: A cover part 51 and an insert part 52 are formed as separate members. After the water cut off material 54 is fixed to the cover part 51, slide rail parts 513-515 are slid to be engaged with slide groove parts 527-529. By thus connecting an insert part 52 to the cover part 51, the end cap 5 is composed. Since the water cut off material 54 can thus be fixed to the cover part 51 before the insert part 52 is connected, the cut off material 54 can be easily installed. As the cut off material 54 can be easily installed, the cut off material 54 can be securely fixed to the cover part 51, thereby sufficient cut off performance can be secured.
