PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure high rigidity and good appearance while forming an escape connection frame of a shutter body by a pair of separate form frames. SOLUTION: Each of the pair of separate form frames 261 is formed in a manner that a hinge shaft 268 projects from a depth-directional center of a C-letter-shaped base part 262 in the direction opposite to the front-rear direction of a hanging connection frame. The C-letter-shaped base part 262 comprises front and rear walls 263 projecting from front ends of a side wall, a locking member 264 projecting a little from a front end of one of the walls 263 to form an L-letter shape, and a step part 265 formed at an end of the side wall. The escape connection frame having a hollow part is formed in a manner that the C-letter-shaped base part 262 is engagingly fitted and fixed to another one so that the front and rear walls may be overlapped with each other and the locking member may be locked to the step part. The shutter body can be easily formed, the escape connection frame becomes excellent in rigidity and appearance and a flush bolt can be arranged using the hollow part, by arranging, engagingly fixedly fitting the separate form frame on each free end of a panel of the hanging connection frame hanging on a guide rail.
