An outer shroud (36b) on outer side of stationary blade portion (36a) and inner shroud (36c) on inner side of stationary blade portion are provided integrally. A cooling air flow path (41) blowing cooling air opposing the flow of combustion gas flow is formed in one or both of the inner and outer shrouds corresponding to the leading edge (36a2) of the stationary blades.
