<p>A bat for baseball comprises a portion (24) for striking, a handle portion (22) for gripping. A volume hole (30) is provided between the handle portion (22) for gripping and the portion (24) for striking. The volume hole extends inwardly a predeterminate depth along the handle portion (22) for gripping and the portion (24) for striking respectively. A predeterminate length reinforced body (40) is provided in the volume hole and is formed from non-wooden material. A periphery of the strength body connects closely the hole wall of the volume hole. The strength body is secured so as to enhance the mechanical strength.</p>
