<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte capable of realizing a battery which lessens generation of gas and is of high capacity and is excellent in a preservation property and cycle characteristics, and a nonaqueous electrolyte battery manufactured by using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte includes electrolyte and a nonaqueous solvent for dissolving the electrolyte, and contains a compound expressed by a general expression 1. Here, R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>4</SP>are a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, or a monovalent substituent of the carbon number of 1 to 12. R<SP>5</SP>is an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an aryl group, or an aralkyl group which may be substituted by the fluorine atom. 'n' is 0 to 6. However, when both R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are an alkoxy group, n is 1 to 6, and at least the R<SP>3</SP>or the R<SP>4</SP>indicates a group excluding the hydrogen atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
