<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lavatory navigation system using a cellular phone with a GPS function, searching lavatories near a current location which meet the conditions desired by a user, and automatically guiding the user to the lavatory. <P>SOLUTION: In the lavatory navigation system, a host system 3 is provided with a map database 1 and a lavatory information database 2. The cellular phone 4 receives map data and lavatory information from the host system 3. The host system 3 and the cellular phone 4 are connected through a wireless circuit and a network 7. A lavatory manager for managing the lavatories 5 is connected to the host system 3 through the network 7. The cellular phone 4 is provided with: a means for calculating arrival times to the lavatories 5 from information on the current location and information on locations as a search result when the search result is received from the host system 3 based on lavatory search request information; and a means for displaying the lavatories 5 of the search result in ascending order of the arrival times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
