<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of effectively restraining vibration generated in rotational driving by installation to a vehicle, without making a correction weight itself used for correcting unbalance as an unbalance generation source, and a manufacturing method of a tire assembly. <P>SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire is provided for forming the tire assembly by installation to an application rim, and has a weight balance adjusting part 16 composed of a cylindrical body 17 storing a counterweight arranged at a light point for achieving weight balance in the peripheral direction of the tire assembly 11 and formed in an annular ring shape fixed to the rim base outer periphery. The counterweight is composed of a solidifiable fluid 31 freely flowing in the cylindrical body 17, positioned at the light point and having fluidity capable of achieving the weight balance in the peripheral direction of a wheel, by rotation in the peripheral direction of the tire assembly 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
