<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply lubricating oil without being influenced by a centrifugal force with a slight cost increase, in a lubricating oil supply device for supplying the lubricating oil from the outer peripheral side into a central hole of a rotary shaft. <P>SOLUTION: An annular lubricating oil introducing member 20 slidingly abutting on a cylindrical hole 12 of a transmission housing is stored in an annular storage groove 18 formed at the outer periphery of the rotary shaft 15 supported by the transmission housing 10 so as to rotate together with the member, and a delivery passage 17a is arranged for making the bottom surface of the storage groove communicate with the central hole 17 of the rotary shaft. An introducing hole 22 always communicating with the delivery passage 17a is formed in a cylindrical part 21 of the lubricating oil introducing member. The advancing inside surface 22a of the introducing hole is crossed at an acute angle at the tip connected to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part, and an introducing groove 23 connected to the introducing hole at the opposite side of the advancing inside surface is formed at the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part.
