EARTHQUAKE-RESISTANT STRUCTURE OF EQUIPMENT FOR CELL REPARATION FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide CPF of an earthquake-resistant structure for fixing CPF equipment in a BCR (bioclean room), increasing earthquake resistance without relying on an isolation wall or a floor surface in the BCR and facilitating cleaning or disinfection of the floor surface while avoiding a risk to operators. SOLUTION: The earthquake-resistant structure is equipped with a plurality of self-supporting legs 14 stood upright and fixed on the floor surface 12 on the outside of an isolated room 10, transverse rods 16 mounted in the self-supporting legs 14 and passing through the interior of the isolated room 10 and handrails 18 mounted on the transverse rods 16 in the isolated room 10. Furthermore, connectors 22 for connecting the CPF equipment 20 installed in the isolated room 10 to the handrails 18 and slidable along the handrails 18 are installed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
