PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proceedings content distribution system for making proper proceedings content and distribution period to be distributed to each person concerned of a conference. SOLUTION: A display device 52 included in the proceeding content distribution system 50 is connected to a communication network. A display device 52 includes: a large-size LCD 60; a transparent touch panel 62 for inputting proceedings content for each item of proceedings; a storage device 72 for storing the address of distribution destination to which the proceedings content is distributed and distribution attributes for each distribution destination; communication equipment 74 for performing communication with the distribution destination or the like; and a control part 82 for controlling the large-size LCD 60, the transparent touch panel 62, the storage device 72 and the communication equipment 74, and for transmitting the proceedings content to the address of the distribution destination according to the distribution attributes stored in the storage device 72.
