PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact input support means operation device which can easily and efficiently input the operation to an input support means for supporting the input of information displayed on a display screen, and is excellent in portability. SOLUTION: This input support means operation device 1 is provided with: a first direction position operation input part 11 for operating the position of a mouse pointer 61p as an input support means 61 in a first direction D11; a first casing 10 where the first direction position operation input part 11 is arranged; an interlinked casing 30 functioning while being interlinked with the first casing 10; a first hinge part 41 connected to the first casing 10; a connection part 40 connected through the first hinge part 41 to the first casing 10, and connected to the interlinked casing 30; a second direction position operation input part 21 for operating the position of the mouse pointer 61p in a second direction D21 crossing the first direction D11; a second casing 20, where the second direction position operation input part 21 is arranged, functioning while being interlinked with the interlinked casing 30; and a second hinge part 42 connected to the second casing 20, and connected to the interlinked casing 30 at the opposite side position of the first hinge part 41.
