PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a consumable replacement demand at such an appropriate time that a consumable has a short residual life, and also, that a time for replacing the consumable can be secured, without being helped, and also, from the first time to replace the consumable set in an apparatus. SOLUTION: The date and time when the life of the consumable comes to an end (predicted ending time) is predicted based on the date and time when the consumption amount of the consumable detected by the consumption amount detecting part reaches previously set levels (L0, L1 and L2), and the date and time going back from the predicted ending time by a period shown by the set value of the replacement work period is obtained as the predicted date and time for the replacement demand, then, the consumption amount of the consumable at the predicted date and time for the replacement demand is predicted, and the predicted value of the consumption amount is set as a reference level of the consumption amount of the consumable, functioning as a trigger to output the consumable replacement demand.
