PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven quake generator that can be miniaturized, and to provide a quake generating car with the quake generator. SOLUTION: The quake generator 2 that three-dimensionally reciprocates a quake generating room 3 includes: a plurality of frames 4, 20, 25, 27 juxtaposed in the direction orthogonal to the ground; a Z direction motor 7 that reciprocates a first frame 20 in a direction including components orthogonal to the ground; an X direction motor 5 that reciprocates a floor frame 4 in the direction including components level to the ground; and a Y direction motor 6 that reciprocates the floor frame 4 in the direction level to the ground and in the direction including components orthogonal to the direction of the X direction motor 5 reciprocating the floor frame 4.
