PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated type endless belt in which peeling or wrinkling do not occur on the boundary surface of a surface layer and an inner layer (an intermediate layer) or the like even when the belt is bent to be protruded from the surface layer side to an inner side. SOLUTION: A transfer belt 12 is the laminated type endless belt provided with the surface layer 31, the intermediate layer 32 and a base layer 33 and formed such that the intermediate layer 32 has hardness lower than the surface layer 31 and tensile stress is applied to the surface layer 31. As the base layer 33, a PVDF film having thickness of 100μm and Young's modulus of 5×10<SP>2</SP>to 5×10<SP>3</SP>MPa is used. The intermediate layer 32 is an elastomer (elastic body) which has thickness of 200μm and has Young's modulus of 0.1 to 1×10<SP>2</SP>MPa, and polyurethane rubber, CR rubber and EPDM rubber are used. As the surface layer 31, a fluororesin-based material, a fluororubber-based material, or a resin material with high mold releasing property having thickness of 5μm thick and Young's modulus of 1×10<SP>2</SP>to 5×10<SP>3</SP>MPa is used.
