PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser radar apparatus for enabling a three-dimensional detection around the apparatus. SOLUTION: The laser radar apparatus 1 includes: a laser diode 10; a photodiode 20; a turn/deflection mechanism 40 having a deflection section 41 configured so as to be turned around a predetermined central axis 42a and spatially deflect a laser light by the deflection section 41, and deflecting a reflection light toward the photodiode 20; a motor 50 for rotating and driving the turn/deflection mechanism 40; a motor 70 for rotating the laser diode 10; and a control circuit 80 for controlling the motor 70. The incident direction of the laser light entering into the deflection section 41 is changed by the motor 70 for rotating the laser diode 10.
