摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for applying to hydrogen embrittlement evaluation of a steel sheet, a conventional hydrogen embrittlement evaluation test method of a bar steel member for determining a hydrogen amount after breaking, by applying plating and loading a stress after charging hydrogen. SOLUTION: In this steel sheet hydrogen embrittlement evaluation method, after charging hydrogen to a test piece comprising a steel sheet, a Cd-plated layer or a galvanized layer having the thickness of 5-10μm is provided on the whole surface of the test piece, and a tensile stress is applied by a fixed load generation means, and a time until being broken is measured, and a sample of 5 grams or heavier for analyzing the hydrogen amount is collected from the broken test piece, and the hydrogen amount is measured. Preferably, each notch is provided on both side faces of parallel parts of the test piece, and a difference in the longitudinal direction between each notch center on one side face and on the other side face is set to be shorter than 20μm and a stress concentration coefficientαof each notch part is set in the range of 3.0-4.0.
