<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor system for inter-process conveyance which can suppress deterioration of utilization of a production line. <P>SOLUTION: This conveyor system is provided with: a full automatic mode in which a conveyor control PLC (programmable logic controller) 1 performs conveyance control of a carrier with a control instruction (d) of a tracking control computer 2 by registering a data management number of a conveyed article in a table on a memory of the conveyor control PLC 1 after associating it with a carrier number prepared in a carrier read by a carrier number reader 4 when carrying the conveyed article into an inter-process conveyance line, making the data management number of the table corresponding to a carrier number read by a carrier number reader 5 empty data when taking out the conveyed article from the inter-processes conveyance line, and delivering the data management number of the conveyed article taken out from the inter-process conveyance line to a process control computer CB of a downstream from the conveyor control PLC 1; and a backup mode which is performed by the conveyor control PLC 1 without being based on the control instruction (d). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
