PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded product ejector, wherein molding efficiency is improved and apparatus cost, component cost and molding cost are reduced, and to provide an injection molding machine. SOLUTION: One end 45a of a ball screw shaft 45 screwed with a ball nut 44 fixed to a guide rail 43 is connected to a rotation shaft 511 of a servo motor 51, and the other end 45b thereof is connected to an input shaft 521 of a reducer 52. One end 61a of an ejection arm 61 is attached to an output shaft 522 of the reduction gear 52, and a suction means 611 for sucking a disc (molded product) 7 is attached to the other end 62b. The servo motor 51 and the reduction gear 52 are respectively attached to a first slider 41 and a second slider 42 which are slidable in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 43, so as to be supported.
