PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle mechanism having a nozzle member 32 which is equipped with a liquid passage 32c for a liquid to flow out and laid in a flexible, bag-shaped and squeezable liquid container 31 and an electrostatic sprayer equipped with the nozzle mechanism, the nozzle mechanism and the sprayer enabling prevention of leakage of a liquid without use of another members, such as caps. SOLUTION: A liquid passage 32c is opened by making the liquid container 31 in a squeezed state, and a passage switching mechanism 34 closing the liquid passage 32c by releasing the squeezed stage of the liquid container 31 is disposed.
