A massage chair (10) on which an operation device (22) can be stably placed and held. Armrests (17) of the massage chair (10) are arranged above side walls (12). A recess (30) where the operation device (22) is placed and held is provided in an upper surface (12a) of a side wall (12), directly under the armrest (17). The recess (30) can hold the operation device (22) such that an operation surface (23) of the operation device (22) is orthogonal to the width direction of the massage chair (10).
