A system for preparing mineral antioxidant used as an additive of general feed or fertilizer is provided to promote activity of useful microorganisms for domestic animals and improve self-immunity through ammonia deodorization, mold suppression, and far-infrared radiation. A system for preparing mineral antioxidant used as an additive of general feed or fertilizer comprises the following units. A first heat-drying unit(110) heats and dries inputted mineral powder with water. A second heat-drying unit(120) re-heats and re-dries the mineral powder while transferring the mineral powder from the first heat-drying unit and then blows cold wind to cool down the mineral powder to a room temperature. A crusher pulverizer(130) pulverizes the mineral powder discharged from the second heat-drying unit to become fine powder.
