<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an access control method, and an access control program, which provide high scalability for access control processing and easy customizability. <P>SOLUTION: Input of a request is received. Identification information unique to a method for producing a subrequest, subrequest kind information that associates the identification information with the kind of the subrequest, rule information that associates the subrequest with first permission information indicative whether to accept the request, and a subrequest summary information that associates the identification information with second permission information indicative of whether to accept the request are stored. A method for producing a subrequest is decided on the basis of the identification information and the subrequest kind information. On the basis of the method of producing the subrequest, the subrequest kind information and the rule information, a subrequest is produced. On the basis of the second permission information, whether to accept the request is determined.
