<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging and stretching method for a hanging and stretching body such as a net using a winch capable of certainly hanging and stretching the net in a fixed state. <P>SOLUTION: Winches includes winding drums having grooves on the outer periphery thereof for winding around a string element such as wire rope, and driving shafts coupled to driving sources for driving the winding drums to normally/reversely rotate; taking in the string element such as the wire rope along the grooves from one side; and taking out and moving the string element such as the wire rope from the other side are at least oppositely disposed. Wind-up rings 2 are attached behind the winches. By driving the winches, the string element such as the wire rope is taken out and moved to directly or indirectly couple a tip end of the string element such as the wire rope. Then, the required amount of the string element such as the wire rope is taken in and moved, thereby hanging and stretching the hanging and stretching body such as the net attached to the string element such as the wire rope. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
