<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging system and a vehicle power generation controller capable of preventing a pulse signal that sets the output voltage of a vehicle power generator from being falsely detected. <P>SOLUTION: The charging system includes a battery 3, a vehicle power generator 2, a vehicle power generation controller 1, and an ECU 80.
