<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate electric connector with an intermediate member which is composed of terminals fixed on a terminal arrangement board and which can be made in a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal arrangement board 22 includes holding grooves 28, 29, 30 for holding terminals at a plurality of positions in a longitudinal direction of terminals, and as for the holding grooves, the terminals are inserted into the holding grooves one by one from their front portions along a surface of the terminal arrangement board from a side of the one end portion to a side of the other end portion, and the holding grooves are formed as grooves of a plurality of kinds of different either shapes or sizes from each other, from the front-side holding groove 28 holding a held portion of a front portion side of the terminal at the other end portion up to the back-side holding groove 30 holding a held portion of a back portion side of the terminal at the one end portion, and the held portions 41, 42, 43 of the terminals only which are positioned corresponding to completion of terminal insertion are press-inserted into each of the holding grooves, and moreover, on the way of inserting terminals, the held portion further front than the held portion corresponding to completion of the terminal insertion to each of the holding grooves are allowed to pass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
