PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly achieve a restriction of an operation of an incorporated function and a stop of a communication function in the case of a composite terminal incorporating other functions of an audio reproducing function or the like other than a radio telephone function. SOLUTION: When a predetermined operation mode is set by an operation means, control to turn a radio communication function for a telephone off by a radio communication means is conducted.
