PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument device capable of suppressing generating of noise caused by vibration even when a display plate having a protection layer containing beads is provided. SOLUTION: This device includes: a display part 6; a ground part 20; a display plate 7 having a protection layer 22, where beads are mixed in, arranged at the surface side so as to cover this display part 6 and the ground part 20; a case for holding the display plate 7; and a facing member 10 having an abutting part 17 which is arranged at the surface side of the display plate 7 and abuts on the display plate 7.
