PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser assembly constructed in small size, requiring a low manufacturing cost, assuring a high coefficient of heat transfer, having a high pressure durability, and greener in environmental terms. SOLUTION: The condenser assembly includes a first tube fin module consisting of first flat tubes furnished with a first group of minute flow passages formed parallel, a second tube fin module arranged adjacent to the first tube fin module and consisting of second flat tubes furnished with a second group of minute flow passages formed parallel, and bottom panels 1 and 2 furnished with a bottom group of minute flow passages coupled together being sealed by the common end on one side of the first and second flat tubes, in which the minute flow passages in the bottom group extend between the first and second flat tubes and are in communication with the first and second flat tubes so as to form a plurality of continuous passages.
