PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid heat exchanger capable of improving cooling performance without inviting a size increase or a great increase in the number of parts. SOLUTION: An intercooler 6 has a pair of tanks (10a, 10b) disposed apart from each other by a predetermined interval and a plurality of tubes (11) with both ends connected with the tanks (10a, 10b), respectively. Intake air distributed through the tubes (11) is cooled by applying vehicle traveling air or forced air by a fan 3 on the tubes (11). A case (7) surrounds a portion of the tubes (11) and is provided with inlet and outlet ports (P3, P4) for distributing engine cooling water with a temperature lower than a temperature of a cooling medium of the tubes (11).
