PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet punch device for improving the sheet stackability when discharged by eliminating the catch of a punch on sheet hole ends in the process of moving the punch and a die apart from each other after completing punching, to avoid the turn-up. SOLUTION: The punch consists of a turnable hollow rotor 72, a punch body 70 provided integrally with the rotor 72, a fixed shaft 73 provided inside the rotor, and a punch blade 71 provided separately inside the punch body 70. The punch blade has a first protrusion 75 protruded in the direction of the fixed shaft. The fixed shaft 73 has a protrusion 74 formed on at least part of the surface in the peripheral direction. The punch body 70 is rotated together with the rotor 72 and the first protrusion 75 abuts on the protrusion 74 of the fixed shaft 73, and then the punch blade 71 is protruded from sheets carried into a clearance between the punch body 70 and the die for punching operation and stored in the body 70 after punching operation.
