PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink unit capable of changing flexibly a heat radiation performance without redesigning a new heat sink unit. SOLUTION: Heat sink parts as heat radiation elements can be stacked like blocks, thereby a heat radiation performance of the heat sink is changed flexibly. The heat sink is used for radiating heat released from a heating element in electronic equipment, such as a personal computer.
