PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the reflection loss by a half-mirror, a reflecting mirror and a total reflection mirror in a constitution in which a plurality of divided waveguides are arranged, to improve the output efficiency of laser light; and to down-size an apparatus. SOLUTION: The waveguide is made of a plurality of divided waveguides. The divided waveguides are arranged continuously and slantly in folded shapes with their ends made adjacent. A middle reflecting mirror to reflect the laser light is provided at the mutual connection position of the divided waveguides such that the optical axes thereof coincide. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
