PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dangerous area entry detecting device capable of giving notice of entry to a dangerous area of a monitoring target person at real time based on an actual danger degree of the dangerous area. SOLUTION: The dangerous area entry detecting device 1 collects present position information of all the preregistered monitoring target persons by requesting to a position information server 2 at the timing of registration of a new dangerous area or at predetermined time intervals. The dangerous area entry detecting device 1 connects a watchman and the monitoring target person in a bidirectional communicatory state by a communication means (for example, a telephone) guaranteed its real time property when the monitoring target person is in a registered dangerous area. If the monitoring target person is out of the registered dangerous area, a non-real time communication means (for example, a messenger or an e-mail) can send such the information to the watchman.
