A biological information needle therapeutic equipment for acupuncture treatment, which is induced by manipulation of acupuncture stimulating. The electric impulse sequence of the equipment stimulates an animal acupuncture point by a manipulation of acupuncture. The introduction code reaction neuron spike potential including biological information which is induced in animal's spinal cord wide-dynamic-range neurons as signal source of electric pulse and outputted to the electrode of the acupuncture treatment after amplifying. Manipulation of acupuncture includes 6 kinds of duplex manipulation and 6 kinds of simplex manipulation.
