摘要 <p>The curtain applicator (1) for applying two layers of application medium on a moving paper-, cardboard- or other fibrous-material web, comprises two parallel application nozzles (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) for delivering the layer of the application medium in gravitational direction, and an inclined sliding plate (4) arranged under the application nozzles. The application nozzles are arranged one behind the other in a running direction of the fibrous-material web. The layers are applied one upon the other at the sliding plate under the formation of a curtain (5) of the application medium on the web. The curtain applicator (1) for applying two layers of application medium on a moving paper-, cardboard- or other fibrous-material web, comprises two parallel application nozzles (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) for delivering the layer of the application medium in gravitational direction, and an inclined sliding plate (4) arranged under the application nozzles. The application nozzles are arranged one behind the other in a running direction of the fibrous-material web. The layers are applied one upon the other at the sliding plate under the formation of a curtain (5) of the application medium on the fibrous-material web. The sliding plate is indirectly fastened at the application nozzle, has a common bearing (11) with the application nozzles, which are combined to an application nozzle unit, and is indirectly fastened at the application nozzle unit. The individual application nozzles are detachably connected with one another and are relocatable relative to each other. The individual application nozzle is formed in one-piece or multi-piece manner, and has two application nozzle parts. The application nozzle part of the application nozzle is formed by the application nozzle part of the other application nozzle. The individual application nozzle is intended in an applicator head, which comprises a distributor channel, which is connected with the application nozzle over a supply channel. The sliding plate is indirectly fastened at the applicator head and is implemented to a guiding device. Several applicator heads are combined to an applicator head unit. The sliding plate is fastened at the applicator head unit. The guiding device is indirectly coupled with the application nozzle. The sliding plate is parallely relocatable in a plane in a machine direction, is arranged opposite to a horizontal plane at an angle of 20-30[deg] and is adjustable in its inclination opposite to the horizontal plane. The plane is describable through the layer of the surface of the sliding plate in the operating position. The distance of the exit from the individual application nozzle is different compared to the surface of the sliding plate for the application nozzles in the operating position. The distance of the individual application nozzle is adjustable in a vertical direction to the surface of the sliding plate. The common bearing comprises two assigned bearing position viewed over the machine width. The common bearing of the individual application nozzle and the sliding plate comprises a unit intended for the adjustment in the machine direction and having guides aligned in the machine direction, and another unit for the adjustment in the vertical direction. The application nozzle and the sliding plate are implemented at the guides and are mounted at a supporting device, which is mounted at a stationary machine part over the common bearing. The stationary machine part is formed by frame parts and a retainer extending itself in the machine direction and by supporting beams extending itself diagonally over the width of the machine direction, is a component of the application nozzle unit, and forms an application nozzle element. The width of the application nozzle is adjustable to 0.2-0.4 mm. The application nozzles are profilable. The division of the profile is 50-200 mm. The distance between the individual application nozzle and the surface of the sliding plate is 1-20 mm. The falling height between the curtain guiding part of the sliding plate and the fibrous-material web is 200 mm. The application process on the fibrous-material web is carried out in the area of the free-traction. The fibrous-material web in the application area of the curtain is supported by a rotating counter-surface. The individual application nozzle comprises nozzle lips at the lower end region forming a discharge patch. The nozzle lips are implemented as separate, exchangeable strip-shaped elements extending itself over the curtain applicator.</p>
