The machine has a fixed counter holder (12) holding rear retainer elements (6) of deactivated feed channels (3a, 3b) of a multi magazine (1) in a closure position, and releases the elements of a active feed channel (3) associated to an accommodating area of a bundle separator (9) in a delivery position. A rear latch (16) is provided for moving the rear retainer elements in the delivery position into the closure position before swiveling of the feed channels. Delivery ends (5) of the feed channels are selectively activated such that the ends are relatable to the area.
