<p>Disclosed is a novel low-molecular-weight compound which has an inhibitory activity on the production of TNF-a, which is useful as a therapeutic agent for an inflammatory disease and/or an autoimmune disease, and which can be administered through an oral route. Specifically disclosed is a compound represented by the general formula (I), a salt thereof, or a solvate of the compound or the salt. (I) wherein R1 represents a group represented by the formula alkylene-X1-X2; X1 represents a single bond or the like; X2 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or the like; R3 represents a group represented by the formula alkylene-Y; Y represents an amino group or the like; R4 represents a group represented by the formula Z1-Z2; Z1 represents an alkylene group or a group represented by the formula alkylene-O-alkylene; and Z2 represents an amino group or the like.</p>
