<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectronic circuit board concurrently equipped with a connection-confirming module, having a combination of switching function and connecting state confirming function, using a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: This optoelectronic circuit board 1 is provided with first and second optical modules 12A, 12B and an optical waveguide 10C, and the circuit board is provided with an opening 13, and an optical connection confirming module 3 is inserted in the opening 13. The optical connection confirming module 3 has first through fourth light signal removal parts 32a-32d, and the first to the fourth light signal removal parts 32a-32d, respectively have a mirror 322. The optical connection confirming module 3 is configured to convert the optical path for a light signal 2 propagating through an optical waveguide 10 by conducting pushing operation, and emit the light signal 2, subjected to optical path conversion as a visible light from the top face 323 of the first to fourth light signal removal parts 32a-32d.
