<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-sensitive resin composition for colored layer formation which allows formation of a color filter not causing "burn-in" in a high product yield, and has high solubility in a cleaning solvent even after drying. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation-sensitive resin composition for colored layer formation comprises (A) a colorant, (B) an alkali-soluble resin, (C) a polyfunctional monomer, and (D) a radiation-sensitive radical generator, wherein the alkali-soluble resin (B) comprises a copolymer produced through polymerization of a mixture of (b1) a polymerizable unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or a polymerizable unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride and (b2) another polymerizable unsaturated compound in the presence of a compound represented by formula (1), wherein Z<SP>1</SP>and Z<SP>2</SP>each denote a 4-18C alkyl group or an optionally substituted benzyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
