<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably administer a medicament to a living body or/and to collect blood or/and a body fluid from the living body without pain to a body. <P>SOLUTION: To solve the problem, a microneedle structure includes a movable anchor part (1) on a distal end side and a content retaining part (2) in the inside.
