<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating agent forming an antifouling coating with thin film thickness, having good antifouling properties and durability, on an optically functional laminate. <P>SOLUTION: This treating agent is produced by mixing a solution comprising linear polydimethylsiloxane, at least one terminal of which has 2 or 3 hydrolyzable functional groups, in which a number of a dimethylsiloxane unit (Si(CH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>2</SB>O) is 30-400, a fluoroalkylsilane with a hydrolyzable functional group, in which a number of a fluorocarbon unit (CF<SB>2</SB>or CF<SB>3</SB>) is 6-12, an organic solvent, an acid and water. Based on the total of the treating agent, the concentration of the linear polydimethylsiloxane is 0.2-3.0 wt.%, that of the fluoroalkylsilane is 0.2-2.0 wt.%, and the total of the linear polydimethylsiloxane and the fluoroalkylsilane is 0.5-3.5 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
