<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board constituted so that a square type connector terminal can be prevented from being broken when inserted, a process of inserting the square type connector terminal into a printed wiring board can be implemented by a manufacturing device, and a soldering defect at a bonding position between the square type connector terminal and printed wiring board can be prevented; and to provide electronic equipment mounted with the circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit board comprises a printed wiring board 1 where a plurality of copper foil patterns 1b electrically connected to printed wiring are formed, and the square type connector terminal 2 having a plurality of lead portions 2a, wherein the square type connector terminal 2 is joined to the printed wiring board 1 by reflow-soldering the lead portions 2a to the copper foil patterns 1b. A plurality of slits 1a into which the lead portions 2a are slid and inserted are formed at one end portion of the printed wiring board 1, and an internal surface of a closed end portion of a slit 1a is plane and a copper foil pattern 1b is formed at a peripheral portion of the closed end portion of the slit 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
