<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle risk estimation device for estimating risks by considering influences given by movement of an own vehicle to other vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: The degree of risk of a following vehicle driving behind the own vehicle to the own vehicle is calculated and influences to be given to the following vehicle when the own vehicle brakes is estimated. Then, it is estimated how the degree of risk of the following vehicle to the own vehicle is changed by brake operation of the own vehicle.
