<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push button for an electronic device, which improves the flexibility of design of a keytop even with a packing provided. <P>SOLUTION: The push button for the electronic device 1 comprises: an external case 10; a push button 20 contained in the external case 10; the keytop 30 having a rotary property and pushing the push button 20 via the external case 10; and the packing 40 displaced between the external case 10 and the keytop 30, and having a waterproof property and elasticity, wherein the packing 40 is formed of, for example, a silicone rubber, a flexible synthetic resin or the like, tightly seals a hollow part 41 by tightening a boss 11 with a lower flange 42 and a shaft part 32 with an upper flange 43, and waterproofs the push button 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
