PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine allowing a player to acquire the maximum quantity of balls put out in a jackpot game while retaining the player's sense of expectancy for the jackpot game. SOLUTION: A main controlling CPU to control the opening/closing motion of a large winning hole during the jackpot game executes first opening control and second opening control. In the first round of the special probability-variable 15-round jackpot game indicated in the figure 5(a), the large winning hole is opened a number of times equivalent to a number of times (2 times) of opening for a minor jackpot game (in the figure 5(c)) by the first opening control, and the large winning hole is opened with one opening time T1 set at the same as the opening time T6 in the minor jackpot game. In the rounds after the first round, the second opening control is executed, and the game rounds are successively executed till a prescribed number of game rounds are consumed.
