PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft copolymer capable of giving a molded product with delustering property without declining in either impact resistance or surface appearance of the molded product, to provide a thermoplastic resin composition containing the graft copolymer, and to provide such a molded product excellent in impact resistance, surface appearance and delustering property. SOLUTION: The graft copolymer is such as to be obtained by copolymerization of 10-90 pts.mass of a monomer component including 50-100 mass% of an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester monomer in the presence of 10-90 pts.mass of an expanded rubber. The expanded rubber, which is 0.6-3 μm in mass-average particle size, is obtained by mixing together (A) 100 pts.mass, on a solid basis, of a rubbery polymer latex, (B) 0.1-10 pts.mass of a condensed acid salt and (C) 0.1-10 pts.mass, on a solid basis, of an acid group-containing copolymer latex; wherein the acid group-containing copolymer latex (C) is such as to be obtained by polymerization of a monomer mixture comprising 5-30 mass% of an acid group-containing monomer and 95-70 mass% of the unsaturated carboxylic acid ester monomer.
