PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to display a large amount of information recorded in a recording medium on a rewritable display part provided on the surface of the medium to display the information, thereby requiring dedicated hardware in a recording device using the recording medium. SOLUTION: The recording medium is provided with an operation button. A user operates the operation button to rewrite the display part suitably so that even the amount of information which can not be displayed in one screen can be displayed on a plurality of screens. Information to be displayed on the display part is automatically generated in the recording medium to thereby require no special hardware on the recorder side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
